BodyPump 84 Playlist

Well it’s Les Mills launch time again! Today I’ll be sharing BodyPump 84 playlist 🙂 I can’t believe that we’re just launching and yet in another few weeks I’ll be getting BodyPump 85! Yikes! As usual there are some Les Mills exclusive remixes  or songs not available on iTunes/Amazon so when possible I’ve linked to remixes and put the original artists in brackets 😉 I’m having issues with iTunes creating new playlists so no playlist on iTunes (sorry) but I’ve linked up to Amazon in the playlist below. Again some links may not be the actual songs played in class due to Les Mills redoing tracks with remixes using their exclusive artists, or just Amazon not having the particular mix available 🙂 Enjoy!

Warm Up. Let’s Go – Lock Jaw (original by Calvin Harris ft ne-yo)
Squats. Turning Tables – Element Depot (original by Adele)
Chest. Welcome to the Jungle – Guiltless United (original by Guns n Roses)
Back. Because the night (Manian Bootleg Cut) – Cascada
Triceps. Scream – Usher
Biceps.  Crazy – Klaypex
Lunges.  Where have you been – Reality Hero (original by Rihanna)
Shoulders.  Welcome to the club – Manian
Abs. Whistle – Flo Rida
Stretch. Lullaby – Nickelback

Alt 1 (triceps). Shut up & kiss me – Reece Mastin

Alt 2 (abs). Last time – Labrinth

I’ve got to say that I enjoyed all the tracks in this release. Not initially, but as usual they grew on me 😉 I’d have to say that the bicep track is my least favorite but I LOVE using it for spin! It’s going to be on my next spin playist for sure!

If you’ve taken part in BodyPump 84 what was your favorite track?
