10 Yoga Gifts Under $10 – Great Stocking Stuffers

November 27, 2020 //  by Di Hickman//  18 Comments

Five years ago I shared Christmas Gift ideas for fitness lovers, whether you are a runner, swimmer, or yoga lover. We all know that 202 has bought with it a totally different set of circumstances and I figured a quarantine edition of Yoga Christmas gifts was needed. Even better are yoga Christmas gifts under $10!

10 yoga gifts under $10

Why did I choose yoga gifts under $10? Because we’re all on a budget right now. Plus lack of close interaction and socializing means we have to do a drop and run, leaving packages on porches.

You can view the video on YouTube. Maybe add it to a playlist? Above all, remember to subscribe to my channel. New videos are uploaded every Tuesday and Friday. However, for exclusive longer format videos sign up for my Patreon community. Patrons also get early access to all my videos, along with lots of other benefits. Yoga Gifts Under $10

When creating this list of ideas I wanted to narrow it down to a couple of categories. Gifts that were useful, and had a practical purpose. Presents for the house and home. And gifts for the mind to create inner peace. So that there would be a variety of yoga gifts under $10.

Yoga Socks $7

One of the things about yoga in winter is your feet get cold! Regular socks will slip and slide on a mat, but yoga stocks have grip and stay put. I personally have multiple pairs and Yoga Socks $7 – https://amzn.to/2IFvA6M https://amzn.to/36NV1ef

Of course there are also yoga themed socks for off the mat use too! Because we need a reminder to get on our mats and out of our heads.

Mat Cleaner

If the yoga lover in your life wanted a new yoga mat but it’s not in the budget then you have options. Add some life into an old yoga mat with a yoga mat cleaning spray. Honestly, a great idea right now anyway for another layer of infection protection.

Yoga Door Hanger

Sometimes all we want for our yoga is a little peace and quiet. You can let people know you’re practicing yoga with this “yoga in progress” door hanger. Great for letting people know not to interrupt “unless the house is on fire”. We all need help creating some sacred space.

Notebooks, journals & coloring books

One of the easiest ways to give yoga gifts under $10 is with notebooks, journals, and coloring books. One of my new entrepreneurial endeavors lately has been creating such books. Whether it’s a plain lined journal, a yoga workbook to journal about your home practice or coloring for meditation there is something to fit all needs.

Yoga Calendar

Of course, as the new year approaches one common Christmas gift is calendars. A few years ago I received a calendar of dogs doing yoga poses. Cute puppies, and yoga? They knew me well! You can get all kinds of animals doing yoga poses, and get to remember what day it is!

Mindfulness Cards

Looking for something a little different? I recommend these mindfulness cards. If you have someone wanting to explore mindfulness and meditation on a daily basis these are great way to stay connected to your practice off the mat. They are a great yoga alternative to Tarot Cards.

Soft Furnishings

If your yoga lover wants to flow that practice into their house then look no further than pillows. This sloth “let that shit go” pillow is so cute! Plus there are other designs, but sloths are so trendy right now.

Yoga Wine Glasses

One tank top that got a lot of comments in the class had the saying “I do yoga, just kidding, I drink wine in yoga pants”. Well now, that slogan is on so many things including wine glasses!

For the tea lover in your life, there are mugs and cups with yoga similar sentiments.

Incense

One thing that’s a popular gift at the holidays is candles. Well, the yogi equivalent is incense and essential oils. Balance your energy and unlock your chakras with incense sticks. Plus an essential oil or two is a great addition to a toiletry set

Jewelry

Wearing a reminder of mindfulness is one way to bring yoga off the mat and into your life. There are a few options from chakra bracelets to essential oil locket diffusers.

For those wanting to spend a little more, for under $15 you can snag a “do more yoga” t-shirt designed by yours truly. I have three of these in my closet and they are in my top ten most used shirts.

So hopefully, nobody was counting because this was way more than 10 yoga gifts under $10. Honestly, it’s hard to restrict myself to just 10 because there are so many great ideas. However, the general ideas are there, and you can adjust to fit your budget.

Questions

  • Have you done your holiday shopping or just getting started?
  • Do you prefer large or small gifts?
  • What gift are you hoping to get from Santa this year?

I have really been considering buying myself a colouring book. Before the whole pandemic hit, a friend brought a couple of adult colouring books (filled with swear words in fun and fancy ways) and we had a colouring night. It was such a great way to relax!

these are nice stocking ideas. But I am not sure if we are still going to have treats for the kids this year. We did set up the tree though and we bought them practical gifts that they can use. Other than that, no treats.

Did you do one main gift? I remember having that some years as a child. 1-2 bigger gifts. Especially how expensive things are now.

A mat cleaner could definitely come in handy because I never know if I’m cleaning my mat right, and that makes me so nervous We do other exercises on it too, and I want to make sure it’s staying clean! I actually didn’t even know they made yoga mat-specific cleaning products. How perfect for yoga-loving people?!

Honestly a diluted dish soap works well too. Just dilute 5/1 the spray is just more convenient and less sudsy
