This week we’ll be doing a cardio interval circuit. This one is based on the old workout I did without a video, I figured I’d do a video this week, catch up and go onward from here!
Cardio Interval Circuit – Breakdown
This workout is around 20 minutes long with another 5-10 minutes for warm up and cool down/stretch. It’s a cardio, strength and core circuit. Same intervals as last week 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. This week it’s 5 exercises done in succession, then repeated 4 times for a 20 minute workout. As always feel free to tweak the times/sets.
Beginners: Opt for 30 seconds of work : 30 seconds of rest; Or longer rest to work; Or just do 2 sets/rounds.
Advanced: Do ALL the harder versions, and if you really want to KILL IT go for more than 4 rounds depending on how much time you have!

Cardio Interval Circuit – Video
Wow I had major technical issues taping the workout this week, but I finally redid it and got it. After two failed tries I nailed it with the third, however I had to just do one round of work on this video as I’d already done 5 rounds on the previous takes. This take though was good 🙂 Quick edit and upload and here it is!
