So I know I posted a workout last week but I figured I didn’t have video so I’m officially calling THIS WEEK #1! Let’s start now:
Cardio, Strength & Core Circuit!
This workout is around 20 minutes long with another 5-10 minutes for warm up and cool down/stretch. It’s a cardio, strength and core circuit. Same intervals as last week 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. This week it’s 5 exercises done in succession, then repeated 4 times for a 20 minute workout. As always feel free to tweak the times/sets.
Beginners: Opt for 30 seconds of work : 30 seconds of rest; Or longer rest to work; Or just do 2 sets/rounds.
Advanced: Do ALL the harder versions, and if you really want to KILL IT go for more than 4 rounds depending on how much time you have!
I did video the workout this week 🙂 However the sound isn’t great. For some reason it always starts off in-synch then does out of synch. Hopefully when I get my new mount for my iphone I can get better video, or I’ll buy a new camera (or figure out what’s wrong with the one I have!). Until then bear with the sound being a second out of synch part way through! Just go workout!
