Well it’s another Wednesday and I would have posted earlier but I was catching up on Criminal Minds and Bones, I love a good psychological gory thriller. Secretly I’m plotting ways to kill people without being detected 😉 Anyway time for another workout Wednesday!
I decided that as I did an AMRAP last week this week should be timed. Once I get into a rhythm with these I hope to find something new each week. Maybe different equipment, no equipment, amrap, timed etc. Be nice to change things up, making notes for the New Year 😉 Anyway this one is the usual 45 second rotation but feel free to play with it, or change it to an AMRAP and do 15-20 reps of each! I prefer timed because I stated last week I get distracted easily and lose count!
