It’s Wednesday so time for another workout video! This week I went with circuit training intervals. We have 5 exercises, 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. Last weeks wasn’t that high impact, and so this week I am bringing back the impact and intensity. I’ve made the decision that I’ll only be posting one video, this is because I simply don’t have time right now to film or edit two videos, sorry! Work got a little crazy which means I’m pooped when I finish. Hoping in a couple of weeks I’ll be into the swing of things again with a new routine, till then 1 video with modifications.
New shorter video because I am only doing one round of work with you, this keeps the video shorter and makes it quicker to upload (major pain in the ass!), also as I mention in todays video I’ve already done 3 hours of working out AND have to go teach again that night, like I already said SUPER busy right now.
