It’s Wednesday so time for another workout video! This week I went back to the circuit/intervals. We have 5 exercises, 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest. This wasn’t as high impact as previous rounds but the burpees and skaters midway will push your heart rate up. Abs in to drop down the heart rate, then spike it up again with jumping jacks. It’s a rollercoaster!
As always I did the workout with you. However I didn’t get chance to do the beginners video this week, holiday weekend meant lots of stuff going on, plus I have clients back from vacation, and others changing times due to kids being back to school, prep for P90X classes starting at Golds and my bodycombat training materials came. All that means I’m in a transition phase trying to find my feet and get into a groove.
