This weeks workout goes back to cardio/conditioning circuit training. Today we are switching things up with a different timing intervals. We’re doing 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest for all exercises, this is because two of the exercise we are going to alternate right/left. So we split the routine into Two Sets with 2 exercises in each set. You’ll do set 1 for 10 minutes and then Set 2 for 10 minutes for a total of a 20 minute workout, as always add on a few minutes for a warm up/cooldown! Feel free to tweak the times, if 10 seconds is too much rest for you try 25:5 or if you want a longer workout try the usual 45:15! I do almost the whole workout with you, my camera cut out part way through Set 1 due to battery dying and at the end of the Set 2 the camera just switched off Yes still having camera issues! I WILL be getting a new camera soon. You can do this REAL TIME with me (almost) thanks to YouTube allowing me to upload longer videos
