This weeks workout goes back to cardio/conditioning circuit training. Again we’re doing 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest for all exercises, as there are 5 exercises today repeat the whole thing 4 times for a total of a 20 minute workout, add on a few minutes for a warm up/cooldown! As always feel free to tweak the times/sets. Video embedded below, both regular and low impact/beginner versions 🙂
