Workout Wednesday – Pixelated – (interval workout 21)

Ok another Workout Wednesday and it was late yesterday afternoon that I finally got chance to get a workout recorded and wouldn’t you know it, the sound is crappy 🙁 When my Mom mentioned that the sound on the last two were bad (I agree) I figured I’d try something different and do a voice over! So today as soon as the audio went out of synch I did a voice over instead 😉
