Happy Workout Wednesday and welcome to 2013! Yes technically I know last week was the first Wednesday of 2013 but there was NO WAY I could get a workout filmed last week. I was barely making it through the workday without a midday nap. However things are progressing and whilst today I feel like I’m relapsing and feeling kinda flu filled again I’m sure it will pass and I’ll be out of this in no time! This flu season is kicking everyone’s ass!!!! And so I figured as it’s a New Year I’d take things a little easier and go with an interval workout that’s cardio and strength but I kept with some easy versions as I didn’t want to kill myself 😉 This weeks workout:-
As I’m trying to get back in shape after the flu bug I decided to do the 20 minute workout and modify where I needed to. I enjoyed it! I love timed intervals. Really want to start teaching a class like this sometime this year… just to spread the pain 😉 The camera was a little wonky but let’s deal with it eh?
