Ok Workout Wednesday time and another quickie coming your way! I know for me doing these quick workouts means I can get 10-15 minute workouts done a couple of times a day, which is better than nothing! Like I always say: Do what you can, in the time that you have!
I got a set done on video with my workout buddy Pixel! I swear working out at home is so difficult with him around (but fun!). He runs off with towels, or just plops down belly up for rubs in the middle of the workout!!! He’s sooo cute though 🙂 as you can see on this video!
