Workout Wednesday – Intervals #17

wedsworkoutnewOk let’s just say it’s a good job I did TWO video workouts last week! Argh! At least I have SOMETHING to upload this week but I was hoping to stay one week ahead… ah well. Hopefully this Friday I can get a couple of workouts recorded and ready for August 😉 Yesterday I had Personal Training and two spin classes back to back, today I have more PT, bodypump, and spin class. I started working at Plus One again this month and right now I’m just subbing for instructors but I’m already doing 2-3 classes a week there! Nice but tiring lol! This week we have the option of using a TOWEL for the workout 🙂

I managed to get a video done with me completing one set of work, but feel free to switch the interval times and number of sets… it’s YOUR workout make it as hard as you can for as long as you can just DO IT! My video has a guest appearance by Pixel the workout Dalmatian! Who isn’t really that helpful at working out but IS super cute.. till he tried to run off with my towel 🙂

    Love the video. Had to comment because my doggy does the same thing when I work out – I get lots of puppy kisses when I hit the mat for ab workouts 🙂

      Yup more puppy loving this week too! Just plops down on the towel demanding belly rubs! Makes it fun though 😉
