YEAH! Finally back on track with the weekly workouts for the blog! Sheesh seems like FOREVER!!! Anyway this week I filmed TWO workouts which puts me a week ahead incase I decide to slack off next week… it basically gives me wiggle room to work incase life gets busy, as it usually does when I try to plan things 😉 So this weeks workout:
