Workout Wednesday – AMRAP #4

Another Workout Wednesday and I thought this week that I’d do another AMRAP.  I like doing these videos as they are quicker to record and upload. I did record the workout but the lighting was awful towards the end as it got dark. Boy it gets dark early now!!!  Anyway here is this weeks workout…

As always a pinnable pic! Mouse over to click the pin this icon!

So I mentioned last week that I’d be updating with my weekly workouts and here is my update for the last 7 days…

weekly-workouts

Wednesday 13th Nov

  • Bodypump
  • Spin 45 mins
  • Abs 15 mins
  • Walk the dogs 3.5 miles

Thursday

I had a fair bit of work to do this week for college and writing work which meant I sacrificed workouts this week. Today was a scheduled strength day but it never happened 🙁

  • Walk the dogs 3 miles
  • Spin 1hr

Friday

I had a busy day with PT clients, chatting to my parents and dogs. All in all just never got chance to get my workout in 🙁

  • Walk the dogs 4.25 miles

Saturday

I switched things up today in Bodypump. Different back, tri and biceps tracks. New for me (old releases) and I felt it! Heavier in back, and biceps, plus lots of triceps dips and push ups! Love it! 😉

  • BodyPump class
  • CXworx class
  • walk the dogs 3.75 miles

Sunday

Rest day for me!

  • walk the dogs 2.75 miles

Monday

Subbed spoga again today. Something about the spin/strength just makes me eat like a beast!

  • yoga 30 minutes
  • spin 30 minutes
  • bodypump 1hr
  • walk the dogs 3.5 miles

Tuesday

Late but I got my workout in! Really wanted to do more strength but limited time. As it was I lost the light towards the end of the video. Ah well! College is more important sorry guys 😉

  • Above workout! with 20lb KB.
  • walk the dogs 4 miles

And that was my workouts for this week. A little lighter than last week but writing and college got in the way this week.
