I’ve been doing yoga since I was 13 years old, don’t do the math it’s depressing… let’s just say that’s a long ass time! Anyway one thing I did last week after the workout was record a quick yoga session I do after each workout, and I figured it would be a good idea to record the yoga routine incase anyone needs a good stretch and flexibility workout. I did this one through for this video but feel free to repeat a many times as you like.
The routine is basically:
- mountain pose
- plank
- up-dog
- down-dog
- 3 point down-dog
- warrior 1 & 2
- reverse warrior
- side angle
All with a transition throughout and then repeated on the other side, coming back into standing mountain pose.
