After looking at last weeks workout it was very apparent to me that my fitness level isn’t what it used to be. I’ve spent the last 7 weeks simply recuperating by just doing my classes and the odd run. However now it’s time to take things up a notch! So Friday when I plan my Personal Training clients workouts I also planned MY workouts this week! It’s a novel concept huh? Anyway we had the duathlon Sunday, I took my weights up in BodyPump Monday and Tuesday I did some bodypump and cxworx practice for the relaunch on the 19th as well as this interval workout 🙂
I did the full 20 minutes, 4 total sets of work, and I could have uploaded the full real time workout but just did the 5 minute first set. I wanted to know though: Do you prefer the 5 minute version or the 20 minute real time workout? I am easy either way now that YouTube is letting me upload longer videos! Let me know in the comments 🙂
