Workout Video – Intervals #19

Ok time to get this blog back in action, and yes ME. It’s been about 6 weeks since my PKD flare up and things were going fine but I guess I overdid the eating out (and beer) at the weekend because my left kidney is not happy today. I got Monday night super tired and should have known then that things weren’t going to be smooth sailing Tuesday as I just crashed out after walking the dogs. It’s not as bad as last time but definitely something going on in the kidney region 🙁 However I did get a quick 5 minute workout done today!!! I planned on doing more, but I know from experience last time not to push things or I’ll crash and burn again and I’d really like to see Bob tonight 😉
