Hello cruelty free friends! As I review the November Vegan Cuts Beauty Box I want to share my beauty box epiphany I had recently. Back when I was scrapbooking and cardmaking, I’d buy all these fabulous products then save them for “the perfect project” and yep, you guessed it, that project never came along. So I amassed more and more stuff. Well turns out I was doing the same with the Vegan Cuts Beauty Box products! “Oh can’t use that eyeshadow, got to wait for till I finish using this old one”, “I’m still using the XYZ eyeliner from 2 years ago I should save this one”. Um, no Di, that’s why you signed up for the subscription in the first place: to USE products. So needless to say that ALL of the products in the last 6 months have been used recently and I’m loving it. Taking time for yourself is important people!

Ok after my epiphany I went back through my previous supplies and started using a ton of stuff. It’s been like a mini spa every week! If you don’t know about Vegan Cuts Beauty Box. Every month the gals scour around for vegan, 100% cruelty free, paraben-free, mostly organic and natural products and then for $19.95 they deliver 4-7 of them to your doorstep. You get a mixture of full and sample sizes and in the six months I’ve been subscribing I’ve ALWAYS gotten more than double the value of the subscription. The November Vegan Cuts Beauty Box had 5 fabulous products with a $47.50 value!
First product I used from this month was a nail polish from Mineral Fusion! Honestly at first I thought “Oh I need a pic of the product on”, so I painted my nails, yes I did! Literally dry in minutes and BOOM I look instantly more girly. Which is weird for me, I kinda like it, I could get used to it.I got the color Rose Quartz. It looks a little pink/orange in the photo but in real life it’s more deep heathery rose. For those like me that have issues with waiting for nail polish to dry, this is amazeballs! Dry in 90s! Win!
So after deciding I need to use all the products I’d been ‘saving’ for a perfect opportunity I’d been using the Le Beurre Shop Shea Butter Vanilla Body Cream from the October Box and literally had the tiniest bit left (it was super thick and moisturizing btw! A big hit with my dry skin) and was more than happy to find more body lotion in the November box! This body lotion from Nubian Heritage and has neem and hemp seed oil. It smells amazing and the bit I’ve tried so far I know that I want more. I’ve put a couple of my Amazon wishlist so I don’t forget. I’m actually looking forward to trying out more of their products too! Definite win!
Next up is one of the two products revealed in the sneak peek and I can’t wait to try it. It’s a facial steamer blend by Bohemian Beauty Co. I haven’t used anything like this since I was a teenager. Obviously when I use the steam room at Gold’s Gym I steam my pores and all that and I know I should do it more often for my face, but… ok no excuses. I just find other stuff to do. This holiday season I’m going to make time for ME and do this facial steam. I really need to take better care of my skin now I’m getting older.
I’ve talked in previous Vegan Cuts Beauty Box reviews how my hair dries out super quickly, so I was happy to see a Moisturizing Hair Milk from Shea Radiance. “For dry, thirsty hair”? Um, yeah. I’ve used this one already and I like it. I like the smell, easy to use because even I have the patience to just spritz on a spray conditioner, and it works! Win!
Finally my favorite product of the November Vegan Cuts Beauty Box…. drumroll… it’s a 100% Pure liquid eyeliner. This alone has a $28 value, so in one product you already come out ahead of your investment. Beautiful package design on this product, and it’s amazing to apply. I’ve previously been using ELF liquid eyeliner because it’s conveniently available at Target, and it’s cheap but now I’ve tried a more expensive brand I see the value in the quality. Seriously in love with this eyeliner. Gonna be perfect with the eyeshadows and highlighter from previous months. All I need is a good mascara!
