Each month I get a Vegan Beauty Box from Vegan Cuts filled with vegan, and cruelty free cosmetics and skin care. I’ve blogged about them before here, and pretty much love their subscription service. In February something really unusual happened and due to a shipping error, on their part, I received TWO boxes. Rather than return it, they suggested I simply give it to a friend… which could be YOU! Yep, I decided that I’d do a blog giveaway. But wait, February box? This is March Di! Well I then got sick for THREE FREAKING WEEKS with flu, then had a two week vacation (round up soon) plus needed to update wordpress which meant backing it up and all that glorious stuff, so hey better late than never. Detail of the giveaway are below, but let’s dive into the review of the February box. Disclosure: links in this post may be affiliate links, meaning I earn a small commision on purchases made through those links. Think of this as your way of supporting me and the website! This covers my web hosting, domain renewals and other costs of running this website, thanks!!!
As always getting the Vegan Beauty Box from Vegan Cuts feels like a birthday or Christmas and so much more fun that the usual bills and circulars you get in the mail. It’s always something that puts a smile on my face. If you are interested in subscribing then head over the VEGAN CUTS each month for $22.95 you’ll receive 4-7 new cosmetic/skincare products delivered to your door, all vegan and cruelty free. Februarys beauty box featured four products with a retail price of $70.95!!! What a freakin’ bargain! My full video review is below but you can also check it out on my YouTube channel.
First up in the box is this eye creamstick liner by 100% PURE. I’ve had one of their products before and been super happy with it, and this eye cream liner is sure to be another hit. The one I opened is “cotton & silk” the one in the giveaway box is “Champagne & Chocolate”. The liner is made with sea minerals and vitamins to moisturize as it adds color. $18 value. Also available on Amazon
Next up is the English Daisy Facial Cream by The Wonder Seed. This hemp seed oil facial cream nourishes the skin, balances your natural oil profile and seals in moisture beneath the surface. I had a hand cream by The Wonder Seed in a previous box and it was amazing. This facial cream isn’t too thick and soaked in nicely. This has a $16.95 value. Also available on Amazon.
The third product in this box is so cool, it’s a perfume roll on by Harvey Prince Organics. This is a luxury perfume made with eco-friendly ingredients that are free from chemicals and phthalates, parabens and sulfates. This is a little roll on perfect for the gym bag! I have “yogini” which is PERFECT for me right? The one in the giveaway box is “Ageless”. This perfume roller has a $23 value. Also available on Amazon.
And the final product in the February box… base coat hair serum by Tara Smith Hair Care. This is packed with starflower seed extract and coconut oil to lock in hydration. I haven’t used mine yet but from the description it sounds like it activates via heat from the hairdryer, which is pretty cool! Great packaging design and Vegan Society approved, UK born, USA made, just like me! This has a $13 value and is also available on Amazon.

awesome stuff! beauty sections of stores used to be one of my favorite parts of the store to just peruse but it’s so hard to find vegan options in most non-specialty stores! and 22.95 is super affordable. and to me, worth it, if you’re purchasing non cruelty items 🙂
