Tweedz braided headphones review

Tweedz braided headphones review

As I spend a lot of time listening to music, when I had the opportunity to receive some new headphones for free, in exchange for an honest review, I immediately signed up. You see I have ‘problem ears’. You may know about my ear lobe removal but you may not know that I have a weird shaped ear and headphones don’t generally stay in my ears. You see my right ear sticks out at the Tragus (the ‘pointy’ bit connected by your cheek), so generally the earbuds don’t fit in well, or stay in.

The tweeds braided headphones were earbud style which I prefer as they are less obvious. Initial thoughts were that the packaging was good. I hate that clamshell packaging and these had a cardboard back which made them easier to get out, so no PhD in engineering required. The package contained the headphones, and 3 earbud cover sizes to ensure a good fit. The medium size came fitted on the earbuds and that seemed to be the best size for my ears.

The ‘wire’ is covered in a nylon braid, so it resembles a thin shoelace. The earbuds themselves are round and fit in my ears perfectly with the medium cover, which made them better than previous earbuds already! Those Apple ones just don’t stay in my ears, nor are they comfortable. The tweeds braided headphones not only were stylish blue (my favorite color), but they functioned great. Not only do they cancel noise from the outside but the sound quality itself was awesome!

The braided design of the wire means that there is no tangling! I used these to workout and run, as well as listening to music while doing chores in the house and they didn’t fall out at all! Awesome. In all really happy with them and two thumbs up for the tweedz braided headphones. They do come in other colors (red, pink, green and black) but the blue are really bold and my preference. You can purchase them from the tweedz website or Amazon (affiliate link).

As part of the review and to bring some new life into my workoutwithdi YouTube  channel I’ll be doing video reviews along with the blog reviews, so if you want to check out my video review below for more detailed information and rambling thoughts then click play below.

Reviews are great for those thinking about building their own home gym so I have more reviews coming  soon, including fitness equipment like yoga mats, resistance bands, and stability balls. I will also be reviewing some of the existing equipment I have already. Let me know what kind of products you want to see me review.
