In the blistering heat still, but it got done ;) I was a little sore too doing this workout as I did heavy deadlifts Monday so my legs were a bit tight on the squats and lunges, but I got it done. Urgh what is with the weather lately? Last weekend was all fine and I SHOULD have just gone outside and got my video done, but I didn't.
