Free Bootcamp – 31 days to a better you!

March 30, 2020 //  by Di Hickman//  21 Comments

Sick and tired of feeling sick and tired? Had enough of gyms being closed? Bored with nothing to do? Are you in quarantine? Well my friend you have two choices. Give up and eat all the pizza and ice cream you stockpiled. Or, wake up to the reality that there are things YOU can control regarding your fitness and health. Sure, we’re all shut inside. However, that’s a BS excuse not not get your workout done daily! If you’re ready to take matters in your own hands, my Free Bootcamp might be right for you! Totally free. No BS.

Gyms closed? On lock-down? Don't let the isolation stop you from getting your workout in! Here is a free bootcamp program that is all bodyweight exercises!

So what is the #noBSbootcamp? Well, about 8 years ago I used to teach a bootcamp class twice a week. I loved teaching it, simply because it was simple and yet effective. The workouts consist of intervals of: cardio, strength (upper body & lower body) and core. After that, the cycle is repeated 2-3 times until the time is done. If you’re ready to stop complaining and start training then you might want to try it out. No equipment needed for this Free Bootcamp.

Want the FREE BOOTCAMP?

Just sign up to download the guide, then click PLAY everyday!

So how does this work? You do a 30-45 minute workout 6 days a week. All in the comfort of your own home (or garden, apartment, park… whatever). And on the 7th day you do 30 minutes of active recovery. So yoga, pilates or walking. All the information and workout videos are free. Yep that’s right this is a FREE BOOTCAMP. This is my gift to you. Free. Why? Because I genuinely want to help people move more and sit less. Especially during a time like this. Moving boosts our immune system!

I know. You’re amazed I’m giving away all this content for free right? And you’d like to give me something in return? All I need is your email so I can send the info, and regular monthly updates. You can sign up below.

Sharing is caring

We’re all in a trying time emotionally and financially right now. And probably for some time to come. Share with friends and family, let them know there are ways to stay fit for free at home! Email to friends. Share on facebook, twitter. There’s a lovely image at the top of this post to pin to your pinterest boards. Spread the message that health and fitness can be free! If you’re ready to push your BS excuses, aside and just get it done!

I love this challenge! Working from home means there have been 2 days this week that I’ve only gone 2,000 steps. Yes. I’m not proud of it. Getting a routine together would be helpful. Thank you for sharing this!

This is awesome! Now that the humidity is waning here in New England, I am trying to get out to walk more. I would love to do more than walking, but I haven’t made it there yet. I definitely need your boot camp!

This sounds like a great program for self-improvement. I think that is a reasonable amount of time to make some real changes. I’m sure it has been great for many people.

This is exactly what I need! A work out schedule and routine to follow. Otherwise I get lost and over whelmed.

Go girl! Boot camps have always been a little too intense for me but I know tons of people who thrive on that external accountability. Looks like a great program!

If I don’t get in shape after this workout, then nothing will get me in shape. I can feel the burn, and I haven’t even started yet.
