So what is the #noBSbootcamp? Well, about 8 years ago I used to teach a bootcamp class twice a week. I loved teaching it, simply because it was simple and yet effective. The workouts consist of intervals of: cardio, strength (upper body & lower body) and core. After that, the cycle is repeated 2-3 times until the time is done. So how does this work? You do a 30-45 minute workout 6 days a week. All in the comfort of your own home (or garden, apartment, park… whatever). And on the 7th day you do 30 minutes of active recovery. So yoga, pilates or walking. All the information and workout videos are free. Yep that’s right this is a FREE BOOTCAMP.
