Health & Fitness Planner 2016

January 1, 2016 //  by Di Hickman//  47 Comments

Health & Fitness Planner

Oh boy! This has been stewing in my mind for about 5 months and now it’s here and a reality. Today I am launching my newest freebie, a 13 page Health & Fitness Planner! I know right, perfect timing, because you were committing to getting fit and healthy in the New Year! It’s like I planned it this way or something. Seriously though this is something I hope you ALL use, love, and get results with! If you do get some amazing results please let me know as I’d love to see the planner being used. You can contact me here, leave a comment, or hit me up on social media!

So how do you get this bundle of awesomeness? I’m glad you asked….

Health & Fitness Planner Details

So what do you get in the download for the Health & Fitness Planner? First there is the zip file with 13 health and fitness planner pages. Now you might use all of the pages, you might only use three or four depending on your needs. There are 4 sheets covering this goal setting portion of the planner, including 3 sheets to print and fill out to your hearts content. Failing to plan is planning to fail, so focus on this as step 1!

Once you’ve figured out your goals, your why, and your steps to get there it’s time for step 2. Before you can do any of the diet and exercise planning sheets in the Health & Fitness Planner you need to track, that means you need to figure out your baseline by taking your BEFORE stats. Not like pronto but like statistics. It’s the part of the program where you track your progress.

Once you get your goals and stats then it’s time for your monthly, weekly and daily charts. I’ve included a few different options depending on what you want to use. I know we’re all at different points in our lives so not everyone wants to track food, exercise, water, etc. Or you may want one and not another. So I’ve separated these into Nutrition, Exercise, Monthly Calendar, and Weekly checklist.

Use one, or use ’em all together whatever works for you! Along with these there is also a cover sheet, and a notes page. Because sometimes you just need to add more notes about stuff and want it to match the rest of your folder right? Or is that just me being type A perfectionist?

So, again in the Health & Fitness Planner you get 13 pages of planning and tracking along with a 10 page workbook to guide you through the process! I’d love to hear what you think, how you’re using it, and the success you are getting with the Health & Fitness Planner. However, I’d also like to ask a small favor…. if you’d share this post on social media? Sharing is caring and I want to give this planner to as many people as possible this year to help them find success in their Health & Fitness endeavours. Click the tweet this above, share the image below and generally spread the word! You my friends are part of my health & fitness revolution of 2016!

I could definitely use this! Today was my “start” day. I did 32 minutes on the elliptical – of course the conversation hearts I am snacking on right now are probably not helping my cause…back at it tomorrow 🙂

I am having physio so this might help my back and joint issues. Do you think it would as I am finding it difficult to keep up with all the exercises they have set me.
