Foam rolling? Nah I Rock’n’Roll

Rock’n’Roller by RockTape!

I posted recently to social media that I’d been trying out a new foam roller and whilst we’ve had a brief 3 week relationship I think I can say that for me, the relationship is definitely one I plan on making long term. Yep I’m in love! If you don’t foam roll, now is the time to start. Foam rolling is an important part of any fitness regime, as it releases tight fascia, improves blood flow and relaxes muscles. The foam roller I’ve been using lately is the RockNRoller by Rocktape. I was sent this product for free in exchange for a fair and honest review, as always all opinions expressed are my own.

Comes with a carry strap! Can’t say that about many foam rollers!!!!

So what makes the RockNRoller different? Well I’ve used a few rollers in the last few years and this one beats them all! Not only is it textured and more able to get into the fascia and muscle fibers but it has a carry strap. I’ve never seen a foam roller with a carry strap! Initially I was like “Oh this is hollow? It’s gonna be flimsy!”. Nope! it’s STRONG! Seriously. This is better than those white/blue/black foam rollers you see and better than my rumble roller which honestly was a little too intense for me. The ends of the tube unscrew so you could use it for storing the poster included, or a workout towel, keys or just about anything really.

The poster you get with it is fantastic. Pretty big and full color with instructions and photos. Top 10 exercise for the major muscles needing foam rolling. Honestly I only gush about products I really love and this is one of them. I cannot recommend this roller enough! I have two other foam rollers at home and neither has been out for a session since I got the RockNRoller. One of my friends saw my social media post and asked me my honest opinion and I told her. LOVE IT.

Hey Pixel, it’s not a partner activity!

This is a quality product and I really can’t express how much I love it. The roller also comes with a “movement manifesto” explaining the science behind foam rolling. Also they have an adapter that joins two of these together for a longer version. That is awesome. For me personally the Fascial Fingers™ on the roller really help to ‘smush’ into the muscle where you need it. Rock side to side, and roll forward and back. This is a two thumbs up product! 10/10! Love it!
