This week we'll be doing a cardio interval circuit. This one is based on the old workout I did without a video, I figured I'd do a video this week, catch up and go onward from here! Cardio Interval Circuit - Breakdown   This workout is around 20 minutes long with another 5-10 minutes for warm up and cool down/stretch. So I know I posted a workout last week but I figured I didn't have video so I'm officially calling THIS WEEK #1! Let's start now: Cardio, Strength & Core Circuit!   This workout is around 20 minutes long with another 5-10 minutes for warm up and cool down/stretch.
