So, if you don’t check the blog very often you won’t know that I’m now trained in BodyCombat. What does that mean? It means ONE MORE PLAYLIST each quarter! Whoohoo! BodyCombat has some awesome music too, so I’m super pumped for that. Great for ALL workouts. Especially for some for running, if you like fast songs like I do 🙂 Again the iTunes ping playlist has gone and I am hoping these links work: BodyCombat 53 on iTunes a LOT of these tracks weren’t available on iTunes in there class format, so linked to alternatives. Les Mills puts lots of $$ into their remixes 🙂 Which makes the classes JUMPIN’!

Hard to pick a favorite track from this release, but my least favorite: Swagger Jagger! Urgh! Just because that was my presentation track in training and I had to listen to it OVER and OVER. Favorite for me would be 1b (warm up legs) and 7 (muay thai). You hear track 7 and you just gotta MOVE! LOVE LOVE LOVE! Classes launch this week at Golds Simi and I’ll be team teaching with my best buddy Julie Sunday at 8am so be there! I’ll also be teaming up with Joel on Tuesday nights 6:10pm at Thousand Oaks Golds 🙂
