Workout Wednesday – WoWDi #3

This weeks workout goes back to cardio/strength circuit training. Again we're doing 45 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest for all exercises, repeat the whole thing 5 times for a total of a 20 minute workout, plus warm up/cooldown! As always feel free to tweak the times/sets. So as I mentioned already Wednesday was Bobs birthday! One thing we've done for a long time (almost the whole time we've been together) is to take the day off and just go out and DO something. Sometimes it's just going to our favorite restaurants, or shopping, but sometimes its a big bonanza day out. This year was a mix of all of them for a fun packed day! This week we'll be doing a cardio interval circuit. This one is based on the old workout I did without a video, I figured I'd do a video this week, catch up and go onward from here! Earlier this week I made a delicious tasty salad using leftover food in the refrigerator. It was a quick and easy meal, prepared and eaten with 20 minutes! One of the places we like to eat at a lot is the Natural Cafe, and as I get asked a lot what I eat when I go out I thought I'd do a little post about one of my favorite places to dine.
