5 minute HIIT workout 20140515

It’s workout time! I really tried to get this on the blog yesterday but time just got away from me. I did however load it to YOUTUBE yesterday so remember if you want to get the videos straight away subscribe to my youtube channel! This weeks workout was hard to get done, not only time wise but because it was 100 degrees outside!!! The weather here has officially lost it’s mind! Anyway here is this weeks workout:

The first exercise is HIGH KNEES. So just basically a big jog on the spot.

Exercise two are kick ups, down on the hands and feet kicking up the alternating legs. These are harder than they look!

Exercise three is jumping jacks, no explanation needed right?

Exercise four is a squat with a kick. So squat, then come up and kick out one leg, repeat the squat kicking out the opposite leg.

The last exercise is a hi-lo plank. Start on the elbows then come up to the hands, repeat. This is a tough one to keep the abs engaged and NOT move the hips!

In all a fun workout! The whole thing takes 5 minutes, BUT if you have longer rewind and repeat!

Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
