5 Agility Ladder Drills – Cardio Workout

I’ve been  using agility ladders for a while in my own training and in the training programs of my personal training clients. Today I want to share a workout that uses five agility ladder drills. That’s simply 5 exercises using the agility ladder to bump up the heart rate and show you 5 drills you can do to incorporate agility ladders drills into your workouts. These can be used together, as directed or as part of a longer workout that includes other strength or cardio based movements. I’ll be sharing more integrative workouts this month too.

Benefits of agility ladder drills training can be so varied and all agility ladders are not made equal and I reviewed two agility ladders on my blog already here and here. Of the three agility ladders I own here are my recommendations in order:

5 Agility Ladder Drills

Agility ladder drills are wide and varied and you can modify for beginners or raise the intensity for advanced students. In the video below I share 5 exercises for agility training.
