Recently I’ve been doing some research for content ideas. One thing that I keep seeing and is catching my attention is “yoga for beginners”. If you’re ready to start a yoga practice then this post is for you. In addition, I included a 10 minute yoga class of the 10 yoga poses to do everyday.

This is such a helpful reminder, thank you Di! Even though I’ve practiced for years over the last couple of months I’ve had far too many moments when I’ve lost inspiration, so it’s helpful to have a little guide so I can go back to basics with ease x

I am not a beginner but I do all of these poses very often. I would definitely call it my basic poses and routine.

Yep they are basic for beginners. Most people try to do tougher poses and get discouraged so I wanted to offer a class that is pure basics, and easily doable for the majority of people. What’s your favorite pose?

Thanks for this. I have started some of these exercises and I am happy I am able to do them. I should keep at it to improve my flexibility and then move on to more difficult poses later on.

Yes.. A slow start is always good. And these poses are good ones. I had a big accident in 2017 and due to which I can’t do yoga anymore. My right side is broken and my back was affected. Can u suggest some good poses?

That’s just right for me. I’ve not really done yoga unless you count a few poses in an aerobic class a few years back. This will be useful as I did want to start doing something like this daily.
