I already shared BodyPump 87 playlist so that means it’s time for cxworx 12. This has been a long time coming but I think this is possibly one of my favorite releases since #3. I like the shorter warm ups and the layered progressions in this release. Track 2 is a killer but it’s not the planks that kill it’s the leg extensions, and two sets! Yeah! The band tracks are becoming my least favorite tracks of the workout but these two tracks go back to moves that work and give us lots of transition time for safety cues so I am really happy about that! Track 5 I love for the same reasons! Set up time, transition time. I’m big on education, safety and modification but I want it BEFORE the move not during and track 5 is perfect. Track 6 is old school and I love it! No complicated moves. No wrapping tubing around knees/feet just keep it simple because it works!
