I’ve been using agility ladders for a while in my own training and in the training programs of my personal training clients. Today I want to share a workout that uses five agility ladder drills. That’s simply 5 exercises using the agility ladder to bump up the heart rate and show you 5 drills you can do to incorporate agility ladders drills into your workouts. These can be used together, as directed or as part of a longer workout that includes other strength or cardio based movements. I’ll be sharing more integrative workouts this month too.
