For the last 12 weeks I've been on the Gold's Gym 12 week transformation challenge. During that time I've lost 10lbs. While not a lot "the biggest loser", it's what is the trickiest to lose: that "last 10lbs". That's always the hardest because it's the one you really have to dial in. And yes, I did it all on a plant based diet eating copious amounts of carbohydrates. More importantly I didn't deprive myself of treats and desserts.
